1. Who we are

ElaDyne Broadcaster is operated by Media Ela Music Company. This policy explains what happens to personal data collected through this website and the ElaDyne Broadcaster software.

2. What we collect

• Account details: name, email address, company name and, optionally, a phone number and tax details for invoicing.
• Licence and device data: a hardware identifier for the computer your licence is activated on, so that a licence is used on the agreed number of machines.
• Support correspondence: messages you send through the contact form or support tickets.
• Usage measurement: anonymous page statistics via Google Analytics — only if you accept analytics cookies.

3. What we do not collect

We do not receive, listen to, record or store the audio you broadcast. The audio travels directly from your computer to your own streaming server; it never passes through us. Your server passwords are stored encrypted on your own computer.

4. Why we process it

• To create and manage your account and licences
• To issue invoices and meet legal accounting obligations
• To answer support requests
• To send service notices such as licence expiry reminders
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (with your consent)

5. Cookies

We use two categories of cookie. Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in and remember your cookie choice; these cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies are loaded only after you press "Accept all" — until then measurement is disabled through Google Consent Mode. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers required to run the service — our email delivery provider and our analytics provider — and with public authorities where the law requires it.

7. Retention

Account and licence records are kept for as long as your account exists, and afterwards for the period required by tax and commercial law. Support correspondence is kept for three years. Analytics data is retained in anonymised form.

8. Your rights

You may ask us what data we hold about you, request correction of anything inaccurate, request deletion, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to info@eladynebroadcaster.com and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Security

Traffic to and from this site is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Access to production data is limited to the people who need it to operate the service.

10. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will note it on this page and, where the change affects you directly, tell you by email. The date at the top always shows the current version.
